To process a return, notify our concierge team within 14 days of receiving your shipment in India. We require a formal request to ensure the architectural integrity of your return.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item at our facility. Credits will be issued to your original payment method, ensuring a seamless transaction experience.
Return Conditions:
To ensure eligibility for a DREVONEST return, please verify the following:
Purchased within 15 days.
In original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:
Bespoke furniture manufactured to your specific dimensions or custom wood finishes.
Private-label or OEM production units delivered for global business projects.
Items that have been assembled or modified after delivery at your location.
Architectural components that are inseparably installed or integrated with other units.
DREVONEST reserves the right to decline returns for items that do not maintain our standards of craftsmanship upon inspection.
Return Transit
Clients are responsible for the logistics and insurance of returning goods to our manufacturing center in South Asia.

We cannot assume liability for items damaged during return transit. We strongly advise using an insured, trackable service. Proof of delivery to our Indian facility is required for all refund processing.
Gifts:
If the item was designated as a gift, you will receive a DREVONEST digital credit for the purchase value. Once the architectural item is inspected, your credit will be issued via email.
For items not marked as gifts, the refund will be credited back to the original benefactor's account used during the initial transaction.
